Paid Sick Time

Required Sick Pay???
There is a proposed ordinance requiring employers within the City of Milwaukee to provide paid sick leave to employees. The resolution states:
- All employees have a right to paid sick leave.
- Employers must provide one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked (Approximately every 4 days).
- Employers shall not be required to provide more than 72 hours (9 days) in a calendar year.
How would this affect your business?

The proposed ordinance is ridiculous....there is absolutely no way small businesses could survive with this type of requirement in place!

Anybody who thinks this is going to help the city of Milwaukee needs to read this article I found first, great stuff, I am glad somebody is finally getting the word out!!
