QPS offers a health plan through Starbridge to associate employees who have worked at least 80 hours and are currently on assignment. The premium is deducted from employees’ paychecks each week.

QPS provides paid holidays to eligible associate employees who have worked at least 960 hours for QPS during the 12 months prior to the holiday.

Requirements for Holiday Pay

• To be paid for a holiday, an employee must be actively on assignment at the time the holiday occurs.
• Employees must also work the day before and the day after the holiday.
• If the client company requires the employee to work on the holiday, they will be given holiday pay in addition to whatever pay is earned for that holiday.

Holiday pay is $25.00 for the day. The following is a list of potential paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Any employee that has completed 320 hours of work on an assignment(s) within 6 months of their start date is eligible to receive a referral bonus.

How Referral Bonuses Work

• Employees may give a referral certificate to a friend or relative they feel would be a good candidate for QPS.
• This person may bring in the certificate when they apply with QPS. This individual CANNOT have ever applied with QPS before.
• The employee will then receive the $25.00 gift certificate they pre-selected on our referral bonus form.

QPS can deposit payroll checks directly into our employees’ bank accounts.
