Position Title: Assembly
Wage: $14.25 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Quality inspection of hoses and products - using calipers or micrometers. - Set up multiple machines and cell operations for own operation or operation by others. - Attach hoses to machine in proper way to ensure that they are formed correctly. - Hand assembly of parts (hose/tubes/clamps) using hand tools. - Follow procedures and work instructions, Read blueprints and interpret shop orders. - Hand load machines already set-up and operate automated equipment. - Demonstrate aptitude to learn and operate several machines. - Follow ISO procedures and work and safety instructions. - Conduct cycle count activities as needed or directed. - Operates all measuring devices and in particular has a full understanding of the operation of the comparator, CMM and Roamer Arm.- When working within a cell, takes responsibility for the operation and ensures smooth work flow. - Work in the automatic welding department, prepping parts for the next welding cycle and taking parts off the machine. Position Title: Material Handler

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Operating a forklift safety after completing training.- Collecting parts at the production machines, transports to wash area.- Washing parts by machine-wash method. Clean out wash and/or rinse tanks as needed.- Monitor the wash chemical levels to assure condition and cleanliness of the parts. Does visual inspection of washed parts.- Boxes, counts and barcodes product as required for delivery to shipping or another internal department. May apply protective devices to parts as required.- Delivers needed stock to the machines for production runs, based on a check of route sheets at the start of each shift and periodically throughout the shift. Does visual checks on all stock used- Unloading bar stock, using appropriate means. Putting material away in proper location. Loads scrap for outgoing shipments.- For all materials coming into the company, checks pack slips with product identification being delivered. Routes paperwork.- Following quality assurance procedures and audits product quality; able to use all tools necessary to produce quality products, including measuring devices.- Completing all necessary procedures to receive material (both production and supplies) for goods delivered to the production plant; verify the shipment arrives intact and meets basic acceptance criteria.

Hours: 6:00pm-6:00am (2-2-3 rotation)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Transfer, open, load, and blend bulk of materials in the blending machine per specifications.- Load ingredients by hands per blending records.- Complete and maintain all required paperwork for final inspection by Supervisor.- Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.- Scoop small sample materials blended for Quality Inspection.- Transfer and stage blended materials to next stage of manufacturing process.- Place bag(s) on line for machine to fills bags with products.- When bag is filled, guide bag for proper sealing.- Put labels on bags.- Set up, adjust and operate packaging equipment on a moving assembly line following established procedures.- Operate forklift as needed - Client will train and certify employees.- Operate the Palletizer and follow all Safety Procedures such as Lock out Tag Out. - Shrink wrap pallets manually as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform work on the blister machines by putting the blister into the tooling, product into the blister, and cardstock on top. - Packing of product by counting number of pieces, checking for quality defects, and placing product into a bag/box/carton. - Placing product into poly bags and sealing bag with heat sealer. - General light assembly of product. - Utilizing reinforced tape dispenser to tape boxes shut.- Setting up, labeling, dotting, stamping boxes with various pieces of information.
