Position Title: Assembler
Wage: $14.50-$15.95 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assemble parts, subassemblies, and assemblies per specifications.- Operate forklift and overhead hoists to transport or position large/heavy components. - Properly use stationary power tools, portable power tools, and small hand tools (drill, tap, torque, torque monitoring, rivet, hammer, ream, saw, cut, grind, countersink, and similar processes).- Inspect, verify, and adjust components as well as completed units to ensure conformance to all specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements. - Rework, repair, and replace damaged components or assemblies. Complete and submit applicable documentation.- Appropriately use solvents, cleaners, adhesives, lubricants, and touchup paint as directed.- Train coworkers (new hires, personnel from other departments, temporary employees) as required.- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements:- Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, stoop, and kneel on the frequent basis, often for extended periods of time.- Ability to reach, push, pull, climb, and work at various heights.- Ability to work in constricted spaces.- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.- High/finger dexterity to grasp and manipulate small parts and tools.- Hand/eye coordination.- Ability to recognize colors as well as see clearly at a distance and up close.- Stamina to work 10 to 12 hour shifts plus overtime.- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.- Knowledge and use of hand and power tools.- Mechanical assembly or service experience.- Understanding of writing assemblies desirable.- Basic computer skills.- Comprehension of and expression with the English language in both oral and written form.- Basic high school math, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, fractions and decimals. - Deductive reasoning ability to solve problems.

Position Title: Fabrication

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Work safely. Participate in the identification and elimination of hazards in the workplace. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and SOP’s as applicable. Property use and care of PPE. - Read and understand blueprints and specifications to determine component parts, assembly methods, and sequence of assembly operations. - Assist press brake operators in the processing of parts requiring two people to safely and efficiently perform bending operations.- Manually load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, shelves, carts and machinery. - Inspect and verify any parts to ensure conformance to all specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements, This includes properly using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, tapes, gauges, etc. and documenting results, as required. - Rework, repair, and replace damaged components. Complete and submit applicable documentation (e.g. Red Tags, Rework instructions, etc.).
Requirements:- Basic computer skills.- Good visualization skills for the layout and manufacturing of parts. - Knowledge of power tools and hand tools. - Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
Position Title: Inspector Packer
Wage: $15.29 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Inspect product for defect.- Operate mills and other machines. Alert supervisor of any problems that occur. - Read the work instruction & quality specification sheet to become familiar with the customer requirements before starting the job.- Stack, mark, count, pack, tape and transport the product to prepare for shipment. - Keep record of both rejected and completed parts.- General housekeeping to keep work area and plant clean. - Maintain paperwork as needed.- Trim or clip sharp edges, flash and runners from the product. Requirements:- Occasional lifting, 40 pounds max. - Prolonged standing. - Good manual dexterity. - Must maintain near perfect attendance. - Ability to follow directions and pick up on new tasks quickly. - Ability to read and write English.
